Barletta’s Safety Program is comprised of four areas: Compliance, Planning, Training and Auditing. We use these tools and guidelines to keep safety our top priority.
Our robust Corporate Safety Plan outlines Barletta’s commitment to a safe work environment for all of our employees. Our plan complies with OSHA regulations along with State and local authorities.
Safety is an integral part of the construction planning process. Barletta’s Team uses a Job Safety Analysis to assess the planned work and implements proper safety measures before beginning any task.
Our Team is dedicated to maintaining proper training for all our employees. From weekly tool box talks on Fall Protection and Spotters to certified training in Confined Space, CPR, Rigging and Hazardous Material Handling, BHD strives to arm our employees with the knowledge and understanding of job site hazards and how to avoid them.
Barletta’s dedicated group of Site Safety Representatives and Management perform daily, weekly and quarterly safety assessments of the site, the tools, equipment, personal protective gear and policies to ensure that the work is being performed in the safest manner as possible and in compliance with all safety standards.
