Mansfield Station on the Providence/Stoughton Commuter Rail Line Mansfield is the third-busiest station outside Boston, and needed significant upgrading to improve accessibility and safety. The work included construction of two new pedestrian stairs and ramps with canopies, the demolition and reconstruction of two mini-high platforms with canopies, new tactile platform edging, lighting, and guardrails and signage. Parking lot improvements included regrading, paving, restriping, and site and drainage improvements.
